1. What types of products do you offer?

At Lofty Prints, we offer a wide range of personalized products, including jewelry, phone cases, keychains, tote bags, mouse pads, and more. Each item is crafted with care to reflect your unique style and personality.

2. How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy! Simply browse our collections, select the item you love, choose your customization options (if applicable), and add it to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping and payment details.

3. Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! Many of our products are designed to be personalized. Whether it’s adding your name, a special date, or a unique design, you can make each item truly your own. Look for the customization options on the product page, as well as the Customization tab which allows you to create your own customized product.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, we typically process it within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect your personalized items to arrive within 7-14 business days.

5. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. We’ll work with you to make it right!

6. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we are still working on a way to get our amazing products out to all of our international babes! This should be coming soon, stay tuned! 

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online and see its progress as it makes its way to you.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently, there is no way for us to offer a gift wrapping option, but we are working on it! Hopefully, we can help you this coming holiday season!
